How to Access Your TONEX Captures

Once your payment is successfully processed you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a download link for your purchase. The download link will also be displayed on the "Thank You" page after checkout. You can also find a download link under "Orders" in you account.

Add Tone Model in TONEX:

Step 1. Download

Save the .txp files from your purchase to your computer.

Step 2: Open TONEX
Launch the standalone app or plugin in your DAW.

Step 3. Import

Go to Home → Preset
Click Import Preset
Select your downloaded file

Step 4: Play
Find it under My Presets or My Tone Models. Adjust gain, EQ, and effects as you like.

Step 5: Optional
Tag, rename, or favorite for quick access.

How to Access Your Captures Via Cortex Cloud

Step 1: Provide Your Cortex Cloud User ID

During checkout on our website, enter your Cortex Cloud user ID in the designated field.
Double-check that the user ID is accurate to avoid delays.
If you accidentally entered the wrong ID or skipped the field, don’t worry. Just contact us with your order number and Cortex Cloud ID, and we’ll help you as soon as possible.

Step 2: Follow Sonic Canyon Sounds on Cortex Cloud

Log in to your Cortex Cloud account via the Cortex Cloud app or website.
Search for our Cortex Cloud user ID: SonicCanyonSounds
Click the "Follow" button to send us a follow request.

Step 3: Wait for Friend Status

Once we receive your follow request, we will follow you back.
When both parties are following each other, your status will update to "Friend" on Cortex Cloud.

Step 4: Neural Capture Delivery

After becoming "Friends," we will manually share your purchased captures with you on Cortex Cloud.
This process typically takes less than 24 hours, but please allow for potential delays due to time zones or other factors.

Step 5: Access Your Neural Captures

Log in to your Cortex Cloud account on your Cortex device.
Go to your profile and navigate to the "Captures" section.
You will see the shared captures from Sonic Canyon Sounds in your library, ready for download.

Step 6: Download and Use the Neural Captures

Select the capture you want to download and follow the on-screen instructions to save it to your device.
Add the capture to your signal chain and enjoy your new tone!
