1.2 By accessing the Site or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this website or make purchases.

1.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.

2. Digital Products

2.1 All products sold are digital files (e.g., guitar amplifier profiles, tone captures) delivered via download after purchase. Compatibility details are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your system.

2.2 Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link.

2.3 Digital products are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use-only license. This means:

You may use the product in your music, including commercially released music.
You may not resell, redistribute, duplicate, share, or make public the product files, whether for free or for profit.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All materials on this Site — including but not limited to product files, website design, logos, text, audio samples, and visual elements — are the intellectual property of Sonic Canyon AB or its licensors.

3.2 You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

3.3 All digital products are original works created using proprietary technology and equipment. Unauthorized copying, uploading, or redistribution of these works is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Payment and Checkout

4.1 All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

4.2 Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

4.3 Your financial data is handled securely via Stripe’s encrypted systems. We do not store credit card details without your explicit consent.

4.4 At checkout, you will be required to:

Accept these Terms and Conditions.
Confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Explicitly waive your right to withdrawal for digital downloads (see §5).

5. No Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

5.1 In accordance with Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59, Chapter 2 §11) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply once:

You have begun downloading the product, and
You have given express consent to waive the withdrawal period.

5.2 You will be required to confirm this during the purchase process. No refunds will be given for completed downloads unless the product is defective due to our error.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 All sales are final. Because products are digital and downloadable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download has begun.

6.2 If you experience technical issues due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect file, broken download link), contact us within 72 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue.

7. Trademark Disclaimer

7.1 All product names, brands, models, and associated trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.

7.2 References to amplifier names (e.g., Fender®, Marshall®, Vox®, Matchless, Dumble®, Soldano®) are made solely for the purpose of identification and tonal reference.

7.3 Sonic Canyon AB is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these brands. The names are used under the legal principle of nominative fair use.

7.4 Our digital products are original sound recordings created via proprietary processes using legally owned, physical equipment. No factory presets, firmware, or proprietary content is copied or distributed.

7.5 These tone captures are intended for creative, musical use and are not marketed or presented as replicas of the original manufacturers’ products.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Resell, license, share, or distribute the digital products.
Upload products to file-sharing platforms.
Use the content in any illegal, defamatory, or abusive way.
Reverse-engineer, extract, or modify our digital products.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, Sonic Canyon AB shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or opportunity
Incompatibility or subjective dissatisfaction with a product

9.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By using this Site and purchasing products, you agree to our data handling practices.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

11.2 Any dispute shall be settled in Swedish court, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
